This tool is operated by Byhumn Intelligence Systems ("we"). This policy describes what we collect on this page and what we do with it.
Uploaded payroll files
The timesheet/tips files you upload are processed in memory to produce your payroll outputs and are not written to disk or kept after processing (a short-lived in-memory cache, up to one hour, lets re-runs of the same file return instantly). We do not sell, share, or reuse the contents of your uploaded files. Your employees' names, hours, and tips appear only in the files returned to you.
Contact information
When you unlock downloads we collect your name, email address, and mobile number. We store this in our systems (including our CRM) and use it to send you product updates about SubwayOS and this tool. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. We send marketing text messages only if you separately check the SMS box; reply STOP to any text to opt out. We keep a record of your consent (timestamp, the consent language shown, and technical context) as required by law. We do not sell your contact information.
Usage analytics
We record aggregate usage events (page visits, runs, store counts, totals, and error categories) with a pseudonymous identifier derived from your IP address and browser. These records contain no employee data. We use them solely to understand and improve the tool.
Cookies
After you unlock downloads, we set one cookie that links your browser to your contact record so we can see that you're actively using the tool (it expires after one year). Your browser's local storage remembers your unlock and your LLC grouping preferences. We use no third-party advertising cookies or trackers.
Service providers
We use Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), and GoHighLevel (CRM/messaging) to operate this tool. Each processes data only on our behalf.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from emails via the link in any email.
- Stop texts by replying STOP; get help by replying HELP.
- Request access to or deletion of your contact information by reaching us via byhumn.com.
