What this tool does
RoundOff automates arithmetic on payroll data you provide: time rounding under the method you select and card-fee tip math, gated by the state rules we have encoded. It is operated by Byhumn Intelligence Systems and offered free during the preview period; paid use will be pay-per-use with no subscription or monthly commitment.
Not legal, tax, or payroll advice
This tool is a beta calculator, not a law firm or payroll provider. Wage-and-hour and tip-deduction rules vary by state and change over time, and the rules encoded here are pending attorney review. You are responsible for confirming your rounding and deduction practices with qualified counsel, for verifying that any card-fee rate you apply does not exceed your actual processing cost, and for reviewing every output before running payroll.
Your data and your responsibility
You represent that you are authorized to upload the employee time and tip data you submit, and that your use of the outputs complies with the laws that apply to your business. Uploaded files are processed as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you upload.
Limitation of liability
The tool is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Byhumn Intelligence Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for wage, penalty, or other claims arising from payroll decisions made using the tool's outputs; our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the tool in the twelve months before the claim (zero during the free preview).
Acceptable use
Don't abuse the service (automated flooding, uploading data you have no right to process, attempting to disrupt or reverse the service). We may suspend access to protect the service or other users.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after an update is acceptance. The effective date above reflects the latest revision.
